Our strategy is to grow the organization and build Tri' Viet one stage at a time. At each stage, we try to make the best use of what we have to propel us to the next stage. At this beginning stage, this strategy might not allow us to make the best use of our skill sets. However as the organization grows larger, we should be able to apply our skills more appropriately. For this reason, we ask for your understanding and patience when doing volunteer work for the society.

At this time, the three most important things you can help are:

#1 - Inform your friends and associates about CRCTVN.
Inform as many as possible friends about CRCTVN and project Tri' Viet.

#2 - Join the CRCTVN Team
Currently we are recruiting active members for the CRCTVN team. These members will be responsible for the operation and the growth of the CRCTVN Society. Specific tasks will be assigned to suit individual skills of each active member.

#3 - Attend the CRCTVN Conference 2003
Come to our CRCTVN conference in summer 2003 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Exact conference date is to be determined soon. This is also your chance to visit three of the top vacation spots in North America: Vancouver, Victoria and Whistler.

In addition, depending on the need of each particular stage, CRCTVN will inform you about the tasks that you can help. At this initial stage, we need your immediate and active participation to form the following teams and achieve their 2002 goals:

Public Relation Team, responsible for:

1. Informing overseas Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese organizations about CRCTVN and the Tri’ Viet project, and soliciting their unconditional supports.
   
   
2. Collecting as many as possible email addresses of individuals and associations and forward them to CRCTVN.
   

Technology Team, responsible for:

1. Updating & enhancing CRCTVN web pages.
   
   
2. Providing infrastructure and solutions for team members around the world, allowing them to work together effectively.
   
   
3. Completing the Tri' Viet's functional specifications and technical designs.
   
   
4. Developing Tri' Viet website.

Administration Team, responsible for:

1. Drafting all correspondences on behalf of CRCTVN.
   
   
2. Technical writing, in Vietnamese and in English.
   
   
3. Translating documents.
   
   
4. Coordinating activities and liaising with other organizations.
   
5. Drafting the CRCTVN constitution.
   
   
6. Learn about other successful non-profit organizations such as the Red Cross, Green Peace, etc.
   
   
7. Helping CRCTVN in its application for the non-profit and charitable organization status.
