Given the fact that Tri' Viet is a large and complex project requiring many years of incubation, planning and development which is dependent upon the level of support from concerning people around the world, a certain level of groundwork is needed to lay a solid foundation.

Preliminary work in generating awareness within the Vietnamese overseas communities, defining the processes, articulating an organizational structure, developing Web codes and collecting content needs to be done.
